SHIPPING & DELIVERY


The delivery options and the latest prices appear on the website under the “Cart” page and during the checkout process.
In general, orders will be shipped within 7 business days from the date we receive the order. 

Shipping to Israel:

Shipping to an Israeli address will be made directly from Israel and processed by HFD delivery services. Possible shipping methods to Israel:
Home delivery: Up to 4 business days*
Delivery to a pick-up point: Up to 5 business days

*Deliveries to remote areas (as defined on the HFD website) will take up to 6 business days. Remote areas include: the Golan Heights, the northern border, the Arabic settlements, the Jordan valley, settlements beyond the Green Line, Gaza envelope communities, Eilat, the Dead Sea and Arava.

Shipping to other destinations:

Deliveries to other destinations will be made directly from Switzerland via registered mail with a tracking number, using the Swiss Post Service.

Pickup from Zürich, Switzerland:

Orders can be picked up free of charge immediately by arrangement from Zürich, Switzerland. 

RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, orders can still be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, free of charge and without cancellation fee.

In case of return, the customer must send the product to the store offices by any means of delivery, or return it directly himself (by arrangement), to Zürich, Switzerland. The customer will bear the return shipping costs. In order to reserve the right of return within the time limit, it is recommended to contact us before shipping.

Items must be returned in a new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. A refund will be made as long as the product is returned without use, defect and/or damage, in the original packaging, as received. 

If the product is not returned as stated above, no refund will be given. The sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product is saved to the store. A refund will be given according to the payment method used when placing the order.
